Welcome to Vidya Vijay Foundation, your reliable partner in ensuring and sustaining compliance with the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) laws. Vidya Vijay Foundation was founded in 2013 by a young social entrepreneur, who then pulled together a group of specialists to help improve society with an emphasis on empowering of women and girls because they are disproportionately affected by poverty and discriminations; and suffer abuse and violations in the realization of their rights, entitlements and access and control over resources.
We offer a complete range of POSH compliance services, dedicated to fostering safe and inclusive work environments for businesses of all sizes. We are dedicated to assisting companies in fostering an inclusive environment, promoting diversity, and establishing a secure foundation for all employees to prevent sexual harassment. Our goal is to design captivating and interactive training sessions, available in both online and offline mode on Gender Sensitization and the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH). We support organizations in achieving POSH compliance and assist in the recruitment of External Panel Members. We are one of the best compliance service provider, which helps organisation comply with their legal obligation related to POSH our aim is to provide interactive and engaging training modules in both online and offline mode on posh and related issues. We assist organisation of all sizes to stay complied with POSH related laws and rules and also help in drafting the POSH policy and assist in constitution of ICC.
We at Vidya Vijay Foundation emphasis on child education, holistic child development, and women empowerment. We began this journey with the goal of creating a world, where every child is loved and given opportunities for a bright future, where no child's innocence is tarnished by the horrors of child labour and where women's health is prioritized and they are empowered to support themselves and their families. We want to establish Trainers, who will spread awareness throughout society in addition to raising public awareness.
